The TELEVES 570101 K20 HEADEND DVB-S2 to QAM 8TP is a ready to work standalone headend unit that generates QAM (DVB-C) multiplex from the services available in 8 TV SAT transponders DVB-S/S2 (Available in the future: S2X also). It is an autonomous and complete solution for transparent transmodulation of any transponder from a selection of the 4 satellite polarities. The headend allows its configuration through a Web interface via Ethernet or WiFi (extra accessory ref. 216802 required).
Highlights:
- The K20 DVBS2-QAM compact headend processes up to 8 (ref. 570101) satellite input transponders into the same number of DVB-C cable channels, fully agile, in the range 46 to 862MHz (CCIR channels C02 to C69).
- A test output with an attenuated version of the output is also provided. The processing of each received transponder includes service fi¬ltering.
- Professional easy-to-install solution (Plug & Play): less cables and shorter installation time.
- Pre-settings AUTO-configuration: the user selects which preloaded configuration wants and the module configurates itself automatically.
- User Web Interface: Provides access to the headend configuration through Ethernet connection or a self-created WiFi network. The interface is perfectly adapted to any device: PC, smartphone or tablet.
- Good thermal management thanks to its built-in heat sink and fans.
- Each unit has two Ethernet RJ45 connectors, one for network connection and the other one for loop mode link between units. Thanks to the interface it is possible to configure input parameters of the network connection: IP address, subnet mask, and default port link, as well as the DHCP client mode.
