DVB-S2 to COFDM CI T.0X Transmodulator that generates a COFDM multiplex from services found in a SAT transponder (SD or HD).
Technical features:
- Generation of the transport stream according to the DVB-T standard by: Insertion of nil packets (Stuffing) to allow quicker scans by STBs or use of an unique symbol rate in all the STBs.
- Selective deletion of services from the input transponder to avoid them being detected (and stored) by the STBs.
- Possibility of performing chnages in the NIT table to replace the satellite descriptor for the DTT descriptor. Making the scanning process easier for those STBs that base their search on the Transport Stream identifier.
- Provides information on the capacity that each of the services is using from the total capacity available on the DVB-T multiplex. It will also give you the percentage of the total capacity that it's being used, allowing you to optimize the number of services that are being distributed.
- By means of its CI (Common Interface) slot and CAM module (not supplied with the module), the encrypted satellite programs at the input can be transformed into DTT FTA (Free To Air) programs at the output.
- Allows the LCN (Logical Channel Number) edition for the programs at the output, hence allowing you to set the order of each program within the channel list at the output.
