Televes 216301 COMPRESSION TOOL FOR F & IEC CONNECTORS is a tool destined to assembly “F” and “IEC” compression connectors over different coaxial cables. According to the connector that will be used (reference), you must adjust the rotatory head existing on the tool’s body, adapting it to the connector type. To ease the process, one of the positions of the rotatory head is identified by a yellow indicator. Through the following table, you will be able to associate the heads position with the reference of the compatible connector:
- BLACK: Ref.4105 (Art.Nr. FPS59) Ref. 3802 (Art.Nr. FPS2000) Ref. 3810 (Art.Nr. FPS0729) Ref. 3812 (Art.Nr. FPS0837.

Process easy to complete in 4 steps:
1. Peel the cable and retire the braid backwards. (Recommended measures for 3802 and 4104 : A=8 mm, B= 8mm)
2. Position the corresponding connector over the cable.
3. Choose the head that fits best to the connector according to the BLACK/YELLOW plug specification above.
4. Position the cable with the connector already inserted in the head’s interior, close the compression tool and squeeze until the limit is reached.
